1. Need to have Link and Screen shot of their past projects
2. If they are applying for a
specific skill like PHP or ASP.Net. Need to have at-least one project on that
skill
3. Need to add a own created
CMS/E-commerce in their portfolio
4. Need to include some back-end
UI design project.
5. If they have received any Awards
or got any recognition in the field. Than they must highlight it in portfolio.
6. If asked for, you need
to be ready with documented source code
